To echo your statement, weight loss does suck. I have a question about weight loss. I don't necessarily have an issue with endurance or intensity. I can walk for eight miles or play tennis for 90 minutes, but I get SOOOO hungry after I've worked out.

I've tried exercising at night so I wouldn't be hungry all day, but I just can't help but be super hungry after working out. What gives?

I'm sure some people have a different experience but for me, exercising on an empty stomach and eating afterwards works best.

Working out even one or two hours afer a meal simply uses up the sugars and carbs I just ate. If I work out on an empty stomach, I am using energy coming from stored fat which is what I want to happen!

I think most people are hungry after working out and it's fine to eat something. Since my metabolism is working faster and more efficiently after exercise, that meal eaten afterwards is put to better use and burned up, rather than just sitting there, waiting to be stored.
