Briefly:
I am restricting my calories to about 1000 ( I know too low but just hear me out) and some treadmill walking (30min) I am 5'4" 225. I just lost 30 in last 3 months and I HAVE NIGHT SWEATS!!!! often beginning 30 minutes after eating dinner. HELP?!?!

Almost no caffeine (1 Diet Dr. Pepper a WEEK or so)
I DO NOT exercise at night (7am) I eat dinner about 7:30-8pm and do not do low-carb/high-protein-just lower calories across the dietary pyramid. I go to bed before 11pm. Honestly, I even have some "hot" moments after lunch meal!?! WHAT TO DO

Any thought on lower calories and sweating (post meal)This has got to stop!
