So you want to get in shape this New Year and cannot help notice all of the fitness magazines with tight, toned, tanned bodies gracing their covers. One of the main magazines in the fitness world is Muscle and Fitness and Muscle and Fitness Hers.

These magazines have long been a tremendous resource for those who are serious about, or looking to get into bodybuilding. Bodybuilding takes tremendous discipline and time to look the way you want to look. From cover to cover Muscle and Fitness is full of articles to help you get fit with a tremendous emphasis on specific workouts and of course nutrition.

For the men’s version, Muscle and Fitness, you can find articles with such topics as how to hit your biceps from different angles to make them bigger, to the latest supplement you can use to increase your stamina.

For the female version of the magazine, Muscle and Fitness Hers, a hardcore approach to diet and exercise for us gals with a softer flair is highlighted. Articles are not only chock-full of nutritional advice and recipes, but also appeal to a more emotional side.

Those article topics include, “Happiness Is A Choice” and “One of Those Days.” The articles are typically written by bodybuilding and fitness competitor pros. Other female-driven articles include how to train throughout your menstrual cycle and how to cut unhealthy, refined carbohydrates from your diet.

It is also important to mention that workout plans and exercises are clearly laid out in both magazines. A strict emphasis on form is detailed for each routine with corresponding photos and tips.

I find the magazine both educational and inspiring for those who are looking to make changes in their lives. Understanding the discipline and control that goes into achieving these aesthetic-enhancing results is inspirational to readers. Adopting some of these behaviors or lifestyle can help many change their health and their look.
