For a quarter of a century, Club Fitness has been a integral part of keeping those in Missouri and Illinois healthy. Their motto is “Better Fitness, Better Price.”

They pride themselves on being inclusive of everyone from every walk of life, welcoming them to their 20 Missouri locations and five Illinois locations. Their philosophy is “Club Fitness wants to bring down the 'barriers' to fitness by creating affordable, friendly, state of the art facilities that welcome people of all fitness levels.”

The staff is so confident about what they have to offer to their members, that they provide “no contract memberships and no obligation as well as completely risk free trial memberships.”

They are currently selling memberships for a $0 enrollment fee and $10 a month. They are also advertising a two-week trial membership with no commitment.

Their amenities at their clubs include Group Exercise classes, Spinning classes, Personal Training, Free Childcare, small group training, a juice bar and spa amenities such as a steam room and sauna.

Those group exercise classes include everything from dance classes such as Hip Hop Aerobics/Hustle, Cardio Dance and Tone as well as Zumba and Zumba Tone.

Mind/Body classes include hybrid formats such as Piloga and PiYo which are a mixture of Pilates and Yoga. Tai Chi is also offered at Club Fit.

Conditioning classes such as Cardio Fusion and Cardio Interval as well as Morning Drills help many members start or end their day.

Kickboxing classes are also offered such as Jump, Pump and Jab as well as strength training such as Balls and Bands and the trademarked Body Pump.

Club Fitness is committed to employee health at many of its surrounding companies and offers a corporate wellness program. They believe that “by providing a corporate wellness program, companies are discovering that affordable edge over the competition.” This results in less sick days, more efficient workers, better employee attitude with less tension at work as well as employee retention.

Club Fitness is very active in the community, including charity work with organizations such as The United Way and The Muscular Dystrophy Association. They are also the official workout site for the St. Louis Rams Cheerleaders.
