New Jersians looking to be strong may just be WOWed at Work Out World Health Club New Jersey. That is what the Roma family, owners since 1992 are hoping you experience. “The Roma Family has grown WOW into one of the Top 30 Health Clubs in the United States.”

Their Philosophy: “WOW is committed to KEEPING JERSEY STRONG, and the right combination of professional support, fun structured workouts, and relationships are what WOW is all about.”

They have ten locations in the central and northern New Jersey area including East Brunswick, Freehold, North Brunswick, Menlo Park Mall, Middletown, Ocean, Red Bank, Robbinsville, Tinton Falls and Wall, NJ.

WOW owners claim that their Personal Trainers Are #1 due to “being recognized as having the #1 Professional Development Program for Personal Trainers in the United States.”

The reason for this, they say, is the education they receive upon being hired, as well as their ongoing “Personal Training Education Curriculum.” Part of that curriculum is continuous education as well as monthly reviews and testing.

As with most clubs an initiation appointment is given to each new WOW member. As recommended by most fitness professionals for both supervision and better results due to workout variety, WOW trainers say, “Receiving the support, motivation, & inspiration from your very own Personal Trainer gives you the opportunity to capitalize on these slight variations so that you can safely get the fastest results possible.”

WOW’s 450 group exercise classes are also a big reason why many members look forward to their workouts. They utilize what is referred to as an “Exer-tainer” (Exercise Entertainer). “Exer-tainers not only instruct the class, but they actually perform for the class.”

The class format follows the trademarked Body Training Systems® including Group Active®, a total body conditioning class including both cardio and strength. For those looking to gain strength, Group Power® is an hour-long barbell class.

Dance enthusiasts have fun while getting fit with Group Groove®. Group Kick® is for those who want a kickboxing and martial arts based class.

I have joined wow one year ago and I think this is which I was searching for my fitness. I think if you get healthy fitness from your health club then what else you can ask them. There are lots of group classes so you good choice according to your demand and there lots of space and equipment so there is no need to wait.
