Sandra explains how her dietary choices contribute to her PMS symptoms.
It’s almost like my PMS symptoms create more poor dietary choices, which inflame the situation. I am fatigued. I am not thinking well. I am needing to self-soothe, so my choices in food are not the healthiest usually. It becomes a comforting situation to make those choices in food.
I am sure if I was more regulated up until that point on my dietary choices that I might have more stability going into that PMS time, but it tends to be the other way around–the PMS influences my poor diet choices.
