Dr. Harner:

In my practice of knee surgery, the ratio of ACL to PCL injuries is about 10 ACLs for one PCL. So it’s not as common. You see it in a couple of different settings. You will see where you have an isolated tear, and then you’ll see it when it’s combined with other ligaments.
