As an alternative to gastric bypass, or I guess as a last resort for me, before deciding to have the surgery…I found a new to market portion control pill. It fills my stomach up for 4 hours at a time so I can’t eat so much. I feel motivated to lose weight again and have started walking too. I hope this can help others.
