I'm interested in whether you are keyed into your blood sugar (not as a diabetic, just as a regular person) on a daily basis, and are aware of how what you eat makes you feel a short time later.
I realize that when I was in the workplace, I was more in tune with my blood sugar, because I had a more predictable schedule. But now that I work at home, I snack more often and I don't think I pay enough attention to how my food makes me feel. I'd be interested in your experiences with this.
