Does anyone know of a good and caring rheumatologist who practices in the Phoenix area? An acquaintance who lives in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area has a daughter who has lupus and her physician is, in her words, a "joke." When the daughter asked if the doctor would speak with her and go over her test results, his or her staff actually laughed at her and said that wouldn't happen.
Stories like this just make my blood boil! Here this poor woman is trying to get better and the staff laughs at her. It's obviously time to fire this doctor and I was hoping to get some suggestions for a new one for her. Thanks for any help you can give her with this.
