Have you ever been sick of being sick? I have recently been ill for over a month with what appears to be the never ending flu. Coughing, aching, stuffy head, pink eye, etc.
I work in a highly contagious environment with a large amount of people stuffed into a small place. Cough, sneeze, a-choo, you constantly hear throughout the office. I consistently use hand sanitizer and wash my hands several times a day, although it appears that my immune system has hit rock bottom.
So what can we do to boost our immune systems? I did some research since it appeared that every person that was sick around me, I was catching their germs and they were invading my body, full force.

Of course, cleaning your workstations and avoiding the frequent sneezer at work will maintain a healthy lifestyle as well. I have since purchased Lysol, hand wipes and of course the air duster for my keyboard. Did you know that keyboards are usually crawling with germs? YUCK. Be sure to clean them frequently.
