Is it possible to get recurring UTI's from bacterial contaminated personal lubricant?

I have had two UTI's in the last month. Both occurred two days after having intercourse. I just realized that the lubricant I used both time ( post menopausal) is several years old. Could this be a source for infection. It has been years since I have had one.
