Recent PET shows left palatine tonsillar tissues SUV5 could fire smoke cause this

SUV is 5.2 says likely related to inflmmation/infection. Could this be from inhaling smoke from a fire? We recently had an electrical fire and I inhaled quite a bit which burned my throat and caused me to cough quite a bit. This was not on my PET/CT 3 months ago. I do not have my tonsils, they were taken out 28 years ago.
