Should l be concerned that I stopped bleeding a week after giving birth, with no other visible discharge (lochia) and now almost 3 weeks post partum and I've started bleeding again?!?

I'm almost 3 weeks since delivery, not breast feeding, and this was my second c-section. I have had staples removed, and sterry strips placed over incision, I've run out of my pain killers except OTC ibuprofrin, but continue to have pain and pulling feeling inside under incision. I'm not over weight 145 post delivery, I was lucky enough to only put on 20 lbs this time, lost it right away but have very floppy skin now, gross, Any tips on that would be appreciated too.
