TSH 0.394 T4 1.10 and T3 3.4 Having uptake scan tomorrow to see if my nodules are interferring...I guess---the res of story below...the nodules were cold before....my sis and dad have hashi's
Help! Two years ago I was diagnosed with a multinodual thyroid. I had an FNA and they were benign. I had a followup ultrasound and they measured right... 1.5 x 0.9 and left 1.9 and 1.2. That was in March 2008. Today I had a followup ultrasound and they measured right... 1.8x1.2 and left 2.7 x 1.8. Is this significant growth in a year in a half? Also, my TSH is normal but the T4 or T3 is slightly off. My doc thinks I am heading towards hyper and has ordered an uptake scan for next week. My question: Is this a huge growth in the size of my nodules? Thanks really worried here
