i missed 2 pills in the first week, and then took all 3 the next day. i bled a little on that day. i had unprotected sex on the day before i took 3 pills. could i be pregnant?

i missed 2 pills in the first week of my active pills but i took all 3 pills the next day. i had unprotected sex the night before i took the 3 pills. on the day i took all the pills i bled a little, but it was really watery blood. i stopped that night. now its time for my period on the inactive pills and its late. i bled a little on the 3rd day of my inactive pills but its stopped again now.

do you think i could be pregnant or is it just side effects from taking 3 pills at once?
please help!
