Hi, I'm really glad I found this site. It seems like a great place to get information. I'm worried about my mom. She is in her 70s and lately when we get together for lunch or whatever it really seems like her posture is starting to change. It's hard to explain but she doesn't seem to be standing up as straight. I'm really worried that she might have osteoporosis and I'm not sure how to go about telling her my concerns without freaking her out. I'm also not even sure if this is what it is. Are there other things I should look for and how can I suggest she get herself checked out without worrying her? Thank you very much for your help.
