Is it common for a 27 year old female to have a bladder prolapse and a rectum prolapse at the same time

I am 27 year old female! I have a cystocele (bladder prolapse) and a rectal prolapse. I am concerned that something is causeing all this. Could ms or something else cause all this? I had a cystoscope done last week and the bladder looked fine! I had another test done not sure what it was called but i get those results back next week! I also go and see a gynocologeist next week for the prolapsed rectum.
