Well, recently I started working out 5 to 6 times a week. Considering the fact that I like to save money and conserve the environment as much as possible, I wondered.....Is it okay to wear my work out clothes twice (alternating days, not two days in a row) before washing? I sweat profusely when I work out so I was just curious to know if its healthy for my skin. Will I break out if I'm prone to them? Will I smell? Yikes! :-) Thanks in advance.
