Hi, i'm really needing to lose weight. I currently weigh 238lbs and would love to be about 126lbs.
What is the best way to do this and how long would it take. I've also heard when people have lost alot of weight they have excess skin, i don't want that to happen to me, is it going to or is there a way to stop it.
I'm a 29yr old female at 5ft 6inches tall, if you need that.
