I just started using this new electric cigarette because I wanted to quit smoking for my birthday. I didnt want to take any drug or the patch because of all the side effects. So far, I really enjoy it and it really has seemed to give me a better handle on getting over my addiction to smokeing. Has anyone tried this? Or is there any evidence to suggest that it isnt as good for you as they have been advertising?
