I was and am currently on Ortho tri cylcen lo. About a week ago, two days after I was due to start my period I had some light spotting, moodiness and mild cramps and assumed I was starting my period. After two more days of no real period I started the heaviest period I have ever had and the worst cramps I have ever experienced (at times doubled over, sharp pain in abdomin). One week later I am still having some light to moderate bright red bleeding. Out of curiosity this afternoon I took a pregancy test and while I don't think it was positive I could barely see the faintest blue line where the positive line would be. I am trying to figure out if I just had an abnormally horrible period, miscarried or there is something else going on that I should be worried about.
