Following the birth of my son 10 years ago I developed asthma and related allergies that I had never experienced before, apart from citrus and hayfever allergies.
I had recurrent ear, nose and throat infections until diagnosed with asthma and related allergies such as hay fever allergy, pet dander allergy, dust allergy, etc. After a couple of years of trial and error at my local asthma clinic, my wonderful nurse reccommended appropriate medecines and inhalers so that my condition is well controlled. However, i suffer more from allergies than asthma, and i find it ironic how easily people slip through the net unless they have a more treatable condition.
I am prone to ear, nose and throat infections anyway, but not as much now. I find other people infuriating when they are careless with their own germs and infections in general.
