Why Your Man's Mood Can Change So Easily Part 2
Hi All- Hope you enjoyed Part I, "Why Your Man's Mood Can Change So Easily."
Other reasons why you may be second guessing your man's mood changes or his intentions are some of the following:

Stress at work and home, not that you're not vulnerable to this too, can alter both hormone levels of testosterone as well as levels of the feel-good hormones (endorphins, oxytocin). Stress leads to increased levels of the bad neurotransmitters (adrenaline, noradrenaline and even cortisol, your own natural steroid). When these "bad" chemicals are released they may trigger many responses from, anxiety, feeling withdrawn, becoming quiet, nervous, appetite variability and even.......ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION and Premature Ejaculation!!!!!!

It can appear like this: Trying to get him into "the mood," doesn't seem so easy and he responds like a "fish upside down in the bowl, moments from doomsday." Or, if you are cuddling away and he normally responds "at attention," and you notice that his "weapon" has "turned into jello!" Or, if you are beginning to enjoy intercourse and he becomes, "missing in action." Or, just as you are starting to get into it, he "dishonorably discharges!!!" These are but a few of the scenarios, obvious to both of you, that which is supposed to be construed as a time to lower your stress, not increase it. Sex was obviously designed for procreation, but also, just plain fun and intimacy and bond-building.

In the clinic my favorite expression to the guys is, "If you think you're going to fail in the middle of it or never get your 'plane' off the ground," then.... you might as well play "Monopoly" or solitaire!!!!!!!!!!!

Women need CONSTANT VALIDATION ABOUT THEIR RELATIONSHIPS!! ( Not that men don't need that constant "pat on the back," or, "Great job honey!!")
When sex is great, "He Must Love Me!" When sex gets derailed like a bad train on a slippery track, "He Doesn't Love Me Anymore!' or, "I don't excite him anymore!" (Ladies, what do you think drives women to Bloomies perfume counter and V's Secret???)

What can lower a man's stress?? Proper rest and power naps can help. It's actually quality, not quantity of sleep, that is therapeutic to "recharge his batteries." Two ten minute power naps during the day can do amazing things for him, as well as you, to refresh the "hardware," and "power supply." Don't want to forget to mention that a man's highest hormone level of testosterone is UPON WAKENING!!!! (No wonder we're "in the mood" when she least expects).

Eating several small meals and/or having good quality snacks, not junk stuff,(see last post), can rev up the motor and keep it in high gear when he most needs it.

Men like women to be assertive in the bedroom as well verbally assertive about sexual interest. This revs up the glands and powers up the equipment as much as visible excitement. Let's "nibble" on these points for a while and I'll be back with a few more helpful suggestions on how to get your man's mood, "Where You Want It !!!!"
