what is the prognosis of high grade osteosarcoma with no metastates and 50% necrosis Rate??

My wife had got high grade osteosarcoma. she is 20 Yrs old.
treatment was 3 cycles of chemotherapy a surgery and 3cycles of post surgery chemotherapy. now she can walk asusal. but we dont know wheater it can be completely cured?? or not???
