I'm 24 and for the past 2 months have been battling the following symptoms:
-bloating after eating even small amounts of anything (extremely uncomfortable)
-fatigue (despite sleeping 8+ hours/night I'm tired within a few hours of waking and by mid afternoon sometimes feel completely exhausted, I can't run more than a couple errands before feeling like I need a nap)
=weight gain of about ~12 lbs (I've always hovered around 105, I'm almost up to 120)
I run 3-4 miles EVERYDAY and don't think I'm taking in more than ~1800 cals/day plus I'm burning ~400 by running. I've always watched what I eat and tried to eat lots of fruits and veggies. I've been tested for anemia, vit D deficiency, h.pylori bacteria, hypothyroid and all have been normal. Although they are normal, I don't FEEL good and should be in the prime of my life. Could it be hormonal?
