So here's my situation.
I started taking the pill in march, went through a full pack, then started the 2nd pack but during the first couple of pills I had to stop because of an allergic reaction/sickness to something.
Well I started up again last Sunday (so it's been 11-12 days since I've been back on the pill) when I had my breakthrough bleeding/period. Yesterday, I had intercourse with my boyfriend, we did use a condom, but I'm afraid that some sperm may have l leaked out on the bottom because there was pre-cum located in the shaft of the condom.
Am I protected? Was I was on the pill long enough to not worry?? And If I have my period this month, is that sign that I will okay?
By the way, I'm taking Ortho Tr-Cyclen Lo, where it says that I need backup protection during the first 7 days. But I'm such a worry case, that I needed to ask!
