Is it possible to donate ur fallopian tubes

My cousin got pregnant after tryin 4 7 yr but was etopic n they had 2 remove her tube.She had her other tube removed 10 yr ago.Is it possible 2 donate mine to help her.No it probably sounds like silly question but I havn,t got a clue if it can b done.Thanks for you time :-)
