Im 47 and welcome to the peri-memopause cry baby, weight gain, cant sleep world...oh its horrible.. I began to notice changes in my hip and middle section as if my bone structure has be growing out. I am very athletic, eating habits healthy and I cannot loose the water weight for nothing..not extreme but 3 to 4 lbs more than I like.
Then the sleeping was horrible. So I started to investigate progestrone cream over the counter and Im doing 60 mg a day...it has helped me sleep and my moods so serene...it really works but I do the cream x 2 day...and Im feeling so tired and its when I started using the cream...but I must say it works..I read a book from Dr. Lee what your MD's don't tell you about peri-or menopause...and its great...but I didn't find anything on there regardiing progestrone cream...any one else finding this to be true with them..
