What are some ways to help hirsutism? i heard of spearmint tea where can you buy that? and how should i get rid of body hair and stuff?

having hair on your face and stomach and back is very hard to deal w/ especially when its summer lazer is too expensive maybe when im older waxing hurts too much and i get irritated bleaching you can still see it and shaving is alright but too much hair and grows back fast
