I'm a healthy adult who will be exposed to Rosceloa. Will I get the virus?

My great nephew just had roseola (he is 11 months). His papa has the HIV virus and now has the symptoms of roseola. I'm to babysit the little guy because papa is unable to go to work. Will I be at risk of getting it. I am 48 years old and very healthy. Thank you for this service.
