.The chance of pre-cum containing sperm is very very slim. If the male ejaculated in the past 24 hours than pre-cum contains only 2% sperm, and if he has gone to the restroom than most or all of the sperm is washed away. If he has not ejaculated in the past 24 hours than there is no sperm in pre-cum.
But yes it can, under the right circumstances, it may or may not contain sperm .. hope i help :}
