i have been having an itchy scalp for awhile now and my hair tends to fall out. i went to the derma before and he gave me some dhs shampoo and also i have been taking vitamins for my hair. it hasnt been helping that much. i am very frustrated b/c i am not sure what else can i do. i heard that maybe becoming a vegetarian might help. is that true?
