hi i m 29, married 4 little more thn 5yrs....i m hypothyroid patient but rest of my medical conditions r OK..besides i m a parent of 3.6yr old baby girl & afterwards i hd 2 consecutive missed abortions within a yr(June'09 &March'10) due 2 lack of cardiac flicker in early pregnancies ... recently(in the 2nd-3rd wks of Sep.'10) i survived thru a deadly viral fever (dengue fever)... Now i m facing a strange sort of problem .... as my periods were due on 3rd Oct'10 but they came on 12th-19th of this month thtz not so unusual (as i hv a prolonged cycle of 30-40days since the beginning) but the problem is tht now i m facing little enlarged belly with serious stiffness & sometimes mild cramps in the lower & left sides of it (especially around the belly button) as well as i m feeling my lower body is getting heavier gradually & unusual increment in my food carving tht resulting in gradual increase of my body weight as a whole too (just like the symptoms of early pregnancy)... As my mother already hv a history of having a pregnancy with regular menses till the 5months of her pregnancy thatz y i was pretty curious abt this increasing belly size & stiffness etc. of mine... therefore i immediately rushed out 2 hv a blood test 4 pregnancy confirmation (serum beta HCG) which turned out 2 be "negative" 2day... it hs been more thn 2 wks now(coz the stiffness started prior 2 this month's menses) but still there is no difference in my gradually increasing abdominal size ,stiffness & mild cramps etc hence i m VERY WORRIED abt my current condition... can any one help me wht 2 do now? (lemme clarify one thing here... usually we use the traditional withdrawal method 4 birth control & still we r very strictly doing it, no xceptions @ all)...
shd i consider my self pregnant? or whts the complication behind all this condition?
