o 1 cup oatmeal
o 3 cups water
o 1 cup almond milk
o 1 cinnamon stick
o 1 vanilla bean split and scraped
o 1/4 cup dried cranberries
o 1/4 cup dried currants
o pinch salt
Place all ingredients in crock pot cook on low 8-10 hours
