my AF arrives with no warning, no pattern so I don't know what NOT to do. Sometimes in my sleep.
I gave up caffein long ago, I don't drink. I take high blood pressure meds wityh a hert rate reducer added. Yes I have a lot of stress. I just ended a 30 yr marriage.
I am 68 in very good health. I was just turned down by a Long Term Care Ins agency for AF. I want to have an abilation but Kaiser won't do it. I can't live like this!!
