Hi, I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls. I use to workout every day, but over the years after my girls were born and I got married it seems that i have just lost my way. so the pounds have just been adding up. So this summer in July we plan on going to the beach. I don't want to go feeling & looking the way I do. My weight is 220lbs. and my goal is to lose 50 + lbs by then. I set this goal 7days ago today. I am a stay at home mom and never get to the gym. Working out at home is not a problem. But people keep telling me that I shouldn't workout everyday, atleast not to target the same area's everyday. But it just feels great. But I also don't want to injure myself in some way. Should I continue to workout everyday? And if so is my goal realistic?
