how long will u be on medication before geting pregant after laparoscopy

i did laparoscopy for endomtriosis i am under medication now for 5month before i can try to concive.the drug is mifepristone tablet.i want to ask is there no other drug that i can be taken and thesame time be pregant.also can this drug stop my period for the time i will be taking it
