Can sperm travel through clothes when its dry? can it live on my hand?

I rubbed my boyfriend's penis while he had his boxer shorts on with my hand. He was dry, he did NOT ejaculate or anything. I realized that I showered about maybe half hour to about an hour afterward. If I were to have touched my vagina would sperm of gotten there?
