Are all the artificial lubricants not sperm friendly??

hi,
i am planning to try for baby from this month.i was used to use artificial lubricant.nowadays i am trying do without lubricant .but my vagina is so dry(i am30 yrs old).without lubricant it looks like totally impossible.

Is the all artificial lubricant not sperm friendly?can u tell me any lubricant name which is sperm friendly?? otherwise what to do?plz help me.
