I have been asked to share the comments below by my dear friend/mentor and teacher, Barry Kapp. This piece is informative and gives us info regarding how we can help ourselves to health in this awful time:

“This verse came to mind this day as I attempt to transfer my feelings to all of our family. Today is the 14th of March, 3 days after Mother Earth again woke so many of us up.
I trust we all are introspective to feel everything we are called to feel and then give it back to Source lest we become ill. On the morning of the 11th I sat up out of bed and told my wife, Cynthia, today is going to be very special in addition to the day being the 11th which the Mayan Elders have made clear would be another day of ratcheting up the ascension process of Mother Earth. Cynthia and I went into meditation, then I came up to the office and was lovingly greeted by my friend Richard who then asked me if I had heard about Japan? I said no, but soon found out! Any human that is empathic has tremendous swirling energy emotions when such information is brought to us to process.
Please remember our clients in Japan. I have sent emails but have heard nothing yet. One lives near the Nuclear facility that is at present in trouble. Dear ones, we have been speaking and looking forward to the changes for several years, but when the birthing gets hard such as the time we are in, it can definitely be challenging and draining. People are hungry for natural ways to cope physically, emotionally and spiritually. Folks are concerned about possible radiation dangers. So remember the blue essences for protection against radiation and detoxing. (Yarrow, blue...Cypress, blue....Chamomile, blue....Tansy,blue....Spruce, blue....Mugwort......MQV = Niaouli) Also it is imperative to keep our immune system in tip top shape for these changing times. Absolutely no exceptions! Please refer to our blog talk radio programs online in reference to this. We discussed this on our March 13 program. .
Also in addition to EE's Bee Pollen, Propolis and Royal Jelly are known to help w/radiation problems rather it be from radiation fall out or radiation/chemo treatments. Unfortunately our Bee friends are also in trouble at this time and today there are articles online announcing that even the UN is getting concerned because worldwide countries are reporting their Bees are leaving. However, pollen is the sperm from many species that denotes life which is saturated w/life force. The propolis is the gummy resin from the bark of trees and flowers. Bees use it for protection from any kind of invaders of their stash of honey and capping of the honey wells. Royal Jelly is a honey bee secretion that is used in the nutrition of larvae, as well as adult queens.
All of this information points us again to the imperative importance of raising our immune system so that our physical bodies can repel any undesirables whatever that might be. Emotionally and Spiritually: The time is now dear ones and the margin for indecision about what you or I are going to do with the changes upon us and how we are going to react to these changes is becoming less and less. Let us do our work, stay in love, ASK and find out who we really are and why we came to Mother Earth for such a time as this. When I say ASK I mean inquire within our hearts and our inner knowing. If you still don't know how to do that find out by asking questions to yourself and then second to others that you trust. Essences to help facilitate this is Hyssop officinalis, Rose from either China or Bulgaria, Spruce Norway, Neroli, Frankincense, Myrrh, Orange family and the Lavender family.
Also remember that ALL and ANY PURE SINGLE essences in some way will stimulate our immune systems, are anti bacterial and will adapt to the circumstances at hand even if you do not have the essence you would prefer, because They are conscious They will respond if you but have FAITH, ASKING Them in love and waiting patiently for the answer. The Spring Equinox is upon us and you probably will get this newsletter a short time thereafter.
