My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about a year and a half now. We are both in our mid to late 20's and as far as we know, in great heath. I recently found out I have a tilted pelvis and that could be the reason we have yet to conceive. After a month of treatment I'm hearing it is possible I could get pregnant so once again I am counting down the days till ovulation. Over the past few months I've had trouble keeping track of my menstrual cycle start dates because I might start to spot a week before my actual period starts. Let me just add that when I spot it is not heavy enough for a tampon/pad and may only see it once or twice a day and then nothing the next day. So my question is, what do I consider my "start" day to be for tracking ovulation? Do I count the first day I spot or the first day of a normal flow? Let me also add that once I start my actual flow, that usually only last 2 at the most 3 days and then its over. Any help is greatly appreciated!
