At the begining of 2011 I started walking 9 miles a day to and from work. After about a week of walking I decided to start blogging about my path which goes far beyoned walking to work. Physically I feel great bMut the biggest improvement I have expirenced is in my mental health. Driving less has definetly EMPOWHERED me. Check out my blog.
