I've had a copper IUD for the last year and a half, and so far it's worked like a charm with no late periods or excessive pain. This time I've started having light cramps and brown spotting (pretty light) two weeks after my period. This has continued up until today (i.e. another two weeks). My period is due in a couple of days. I've been pregnant before and the first sign was really sore breasts, but this time that symptom is completely absent. I feel absolutely no morning sickness.
