Have not beeen eating more. breakfast...1 boiled or fried egg and rye toast and coffee w/ 1 sugar spoon of sugar or splenda and 3tbsp of half & half cream.Lunch is our big meal of the day..........1/2 pork chop baked in tomato sauce, 1/4 c mashed potato, 1/4 cup of steamed spinac, 1 very small piece of commercial cake and iced tea with agave and lemon. The rest of the day starting at 3:30pm ...wasabi almonds, tart cherry juice in water, 1/2 slice roll w/ sauce and pork from lunch, nectarine, 9 frozen cherries.
