I've been losing weight for about 1 1/2 to 2 months and I've lost 30 pounds. I cut calories and I walk at least 2 1/2 hours every day and I thought I was just losing weight quickly, but then I decided to count my calories. It turns out I was intaking only 300-400 more calories, which I am not comfortable with at all. I want to increase my calorie intake to a healthy amount after I hit the goal weight, but I'm not sure how to do that without gaining weight. Should I increase by 100-200 calories per week? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance. (I'm 5'7", 143-146, by the way.)
