I have TMJ anyone have suggestion about this?

Hi, I have TMJ and I suffer with jaw pain which is a real horrible pain and I want to know are there any kinds of remedies you think are helpful? My doctor gave me prescription which helps but to have less prescription I'm wondering if there are any remedies for it?
