My health question has to do with my left breast area

Yesterday, Saturday, I noticed red on my left breast above the nipple area, and it aches if I touch it, not slightly, but if I press in. I examined both of my breasts, around the nipple area and right on my left nipple its hard, and not the right one. Please tell me what may be wrong
