I'm 18 and my boobs are too big. Granted, I am overweight but still. It hurts my shoulders and it's difficult to run, which kind of makes losing weight a little more difficult. I've tried different kinds of bras. I was even fitted for one once. But my breasts stretched it out and I couldn't really afford to get another at the time.
I just bought a new bra like 2 days ago and already it's hurting my shoulders really badly. It's starting to be a real problem because I have to use my shoulders a lot at work and at school. I really want to lose weight but I feel so self conscious when I try to run with these. I'm considering getting a breast reduction but I don't know if it's the right choice, or if it'll be covered by insurance, or any side effects or down sides.
