I am currently taking Levothyroxin 100MCG. Over 30 yrs ago I was given a partial hysterectomy due to endrometrosis, I am now 60 yrs old and I have gained 50 pounds and am considered obese, (5'4" and weigh 175 lbs) I feel tired, depressed, and irritable much of the time. I try counting calories and eat about 1300 a day. I walk a mile or two on good days but lately just too tired to do it. When the weather is warm I would go to the pool and exercise and swim a few laps but had to force myself to go. I am not a lazy person and I don't like my shape, or lack of energy. What can I do?
